- Owned Growth for the SMB segment, rebuilding the funnel around activation, conversion, and expansion. Shipped intent-driven onboarding, self-learning tools, a new monetization model, and self-serve subscription management. Doubled segment revenue and lifted activation 2× within four weeks of release.
- Built the AI Account Summary to synthesize personalized insights from large unstructured datasets. Evaluated model output by iterating prompts, adjusting parameters, and augmenting context to hold production quality and prevent hallucinations. Secured adoption by 9 of the top 10 largest enterprise customers.
- Owned data governance and shipped a data access control platform that became the company standard for restricted functionality. Unblocked compliance-stalled deals and reached 100% adoption among the top 10 customers within two weeks of GA, opening a new enterprise segment.

- Repositioned the product from a website CMS to a marketing data API, then rebuilt the roadmap around the new direction.
- Sourced and integrated five enterprise data partnerships across pricing, inventory, and validation (including Black Book and Hyundai Capital). Worked with engineering on ETL and API syndication to unify fragmented feeds into the MVP that anchored the next funding round and nearly doubled revenue in 12 months.
- Productized the attribution work as an automated ROI report, using ML to correlate online engagement with offline car sales. It became the main proof-of-value in new enterprise deals and renewals.
- Re-engineered the go-to-market process around validated use cases and performance data. Cut implementation time from 21+ days to 7 and raised completion rates from 35% to 95%.
